Membership Application Form

Membership is free and available to eligible professionals. Membership applications can be made using the forms below and will be approved by the Steering Committee.

There are two types of members: registered members, and affiliate members. Registered members are included on our mailing list and have full voting rights within the association. Affiliate members are included on our mailing list and are welcome to join our events but do not have voting rights.

Registered Members

Statisticians and data scientists who work in the regulated health care industry are eligible to become registered members. To apply for registered membership please fill out the form below.

If you are not a statistician or data scientist working in the regulated health care industry, you may be eligible for affiliate membership.

Affiliate membership

Affiliate membership is available to:

  • Other active professionals within the regulated health care industry
  • Statisticians or data scientists who work within related industries such as public health
  • Students who are studying to become a statistician or data scientist
